Characters
Katniss Everdeen-
From district 12 one of the poorest districts. She is strong and learns how to hunt to feed her family after her father is killed in a Cole mining accident. Katniss is chosen to take part in the 74th hunger games.
Peeta Mellark-
A bakers son from district 12. Peeta is chosen with Katniss to be tributes in the 74th hunger games.
Haymitch Abernathy- Katniss and peeta's drunken mentor. The winner of the 50th hunger games.
President Snow- The president of all the panem.
Cinna- Katniss's personal stylesist and the only person katniss feels a close relationship with in the capital.
